The tilt-up concrete panels were deliberately left unsealed and unfinished, allowing the façade to naturally weather and develop character over time. Board-formed accents at the main entry introduce texture, creating a tactile and visual distinction to the raw concrete. Brick soldier courses above and below the windows reference the masonry detailing of heritage industrial buildings of the past.
