This 91,000+ square foot agricultural-industrial complex was designed to support the diverse operations of the Standoff Colony near Fort Macleod, Alberta. The facility integrates multiple specialized spaces including a maintenance shop, mechanic shop, wash bay, pallet shop, and administrative offices, each tailored for efficient workflow and heavy equipment access. With a focus on functionality, durability, and code compliance, the project brings together practical design and long-term adaptability for the colony’s growing production and maintenance needs. The exterior features insulated precast concrete wall panels and durable finishes that balance low maintenance with a clean, modern industrial aesthetic.
