This modern industrial hangar was delivered using tilt-up concrete construction to achieve both speed and durability. Located adjacent to an active runway, the project required careful coordination with airport authorities to meet strict height, lighting, and safety regulations throughout design and construction. A key engineering challenge was accommodating the massive 50-foot-wide hangar door, which demanded precise structural integration and detailing at the exterior wall panels.

The result is a clean, efficient facility designed for long-term performance, seamless aircraft access, and future operational flexibility.
