This 70,000 sq. ft. farm shop was designed to serve as a hub for a large-scale agricultural operation. The structure combines the strength of precast concrete wall panels with a robust steel frame, creating a durable, low-maintenance facility capable of withstanding the heavy demands of modern farming and Alberta weather.

Inside, the building accommodates a wide range of uses. Large equipment storage, maintenance bays, parts storage, and dedicated shop space allow the farm operators to consolidate multiple functions under one roof. The tall clear-span design ensures easy maneuverability for oversized machinery, while the integration of wide overhead doors and open floor space maximizes efficiency and usability.

The use of precast concrete panels not only enhances structural performance but also improves energy efficiency and reduces long-term upkeep. Paired with steel construction, this hybrid system offers excellent fire resistance and the ability to expand or adapt the facility in the future.
