    Kerkhoff Engineering has immediate openings in the following two positions:

    Structural Engineer

    The successful applicant must be a registered Professional Engineer (or in the process of final certification) in good standing with APEGBC, with a minimum of 2 years local design experience. Knowledge of all building codes (BC building code 2006) and material codes (Concrete, Steel, Wood, Masonry) is a requirement. The applicant must be able to communicate with clients and work together with our fast paced team. The position will include structural design, field reviews and coordination of various aspects of projects with the design team. A competitive salary and benefit package will be provided.

    Design Technologist

    The successful applicant must have a diploma in structural engineering and be registered as an ASTTBC. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a requirement, as is familiarity with local construction. The position will include structural design, drafting, and periodic field reviews. A competitive salary and benefit package will be provided.
